How to Get Started

  1. Create an Account
    • If you do not already have an alfred.com account, please create an account before proceeding to step 2.
    • Be sure to use the same email address that you provide on your school PO application.
  2. Submit Your School PO Application
  3. Get Approved & Start Ordering
    • Once your account is ready, you’ll receive an automated email confirming that you can now place school PO orders.
    • Log in to your account, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

Placing an Order with a School PO

At checkout, select the Pay by School Purchase Order option to complete your order using an official school PO.

During checkout, you will need to:

  • Upload a copy of your purchase order document.
  • Enter your PO number.

Need a Quote Before Ordering?

If you’re not ready to place an order and need a formal quote to submit to your school:

  1. Add items to your cart.
  2. Click the Get a School Quote button.
  3. Follow the prompts to provide the necessary information for your quote.
  4. Instantly download a PDF quote.
  5. Your cart will be saved for later under My Account > Saved Carts.
  6. You can download your quote anytime by going to My Account > Quotes.
